However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a simple and flexible return policy to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
Return Conditions:
Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item to us.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetic accessories cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Return Procedure:
Return request: Contact our customer service department at contact@valberrys.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
Return confirmation: Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid label to facilitate shipping.
Preparing the package: Carefully pack the item to be returned, using the original packaging if possible.
Shipping: Drop off the package at a drop-off point or post office according to the instructions provided. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking and insurance.
Refund:
Once the return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Return shipping costs: If the returned item is not defective, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the standard return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or incorrect items:
