Return Policy - Valberrys
At Valberrys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if an item does not suit you, we have a clear return policy in place that complies with current regulations.
1. Return Policy
Cancellation period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return a product.
Condition of items: To be accepted, returned items must be in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Any damaged or soiled items will not be eligible for a refund.
Excluded items: For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetic accessories cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the protective seal removed.
Sale items: In accordance with the law, promotional or sale items are subject to the same return conditions as full-price items (14-day return period).
2. Return Procedure
Return request: Please contact us at contact@valberrys.com, indicating your order number.
Validation: Once your request has been validated, we will send you the return instructions.
Shipping: Carefully package the item (in its original packaging if possible) and send it to the following address:

3. Return Shipping Costs
Standard returns: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost by the carrier.
Defective items or order errors: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the return shipping costs will be covered in full by Valberrys. Contact us immediately to receive a free shipping label.
4. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your package, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different size or model, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order on our store.
