Our customers will automatically receive tracking numbers by email from our store once their orders have shipped. They can also track their order directly by visiting the carrier's tracking page using this number. Tracking is usually updated within three business days of shipment.
3. Delivery costs

Free delivery for all orders of €80 or more.

For any order under €80 , a shipping fee of €8.90 will be applied at the time of payment.
4. Delays and exceptional circumstances
Valberrys cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as:

International shipments may be subject to import duties , taxes or customs clearance fees levied upon arrival of the package in the recipient's country.

Valberrys has no control over these amounts and cannot predict their cost .
In the event of refusal of the package by the recipient, resulting in its return , the customs and return fees will also be borne by the customer.

Valberrys cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
