3. Delivery costs

  • Free delivery for all orders of €80 or more.

  • For any order under €80 , a shipping fee of €8.90 will be applied at the time of payment.

Valberrys cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as:

  • strikes or demonstrations,

International shipments may be subject to import duties , taxes or customs clearance fees levied upon arrival of the package in the recipient's country.
These fees are entirely the responsibility of the client and depend on the regulations of the country concerned.
Valberrys has no control over these amounts and cannot predict their cost .

In the event of refusal of the package by the recipient, resulting in its return , the customs and return fees will also be borne by the customer.

Valberrys cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
